Dr. Morgan Frye

Dr. Morgan Frye is a West Virginia native that has always aspired to be a veterinarian. This desire started with a love of his family dogs as a child and watching his family veterinarian fix his pet quail’s broken leg. Dr. Frye earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Marshall University and is a 2014 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.

After graduation, Dr. Frye practiced in the Chicago area before making the move to Asheville in 2017. His interests in veterinary medicine include surgery, ultrasound, preventative, and geriatric care. He also enjoys getting to know the people and pets he sees every day and learning about how they bring joy to each other’s lives. Dr. Frye is a Fear Free Certified veterinarian.

Outside of work, Dr. Frye values his family time with his wonderful wife, son, daughter, and Orca the dog. When there is time his other hobbies include cooking, gardening, biking, hiking, and fly fishing. Dr. Frye is a lifelong cycling enthusiast and a passionate college football fan.
